Charlotte Le Bon Is New Guerlain Bee Ambassador

The LVMH brand has been protecting bees since 2010.

Guerlain’s newest bee ambassador is The White Lotus actress Charlotte Le Bon. The Canadian artist, director and actress is the latest to join the LVMH cause to protect bees. The brand is part of LVMH.

“It’s the coolest opportunity to start a relationship with a brand,” said Le Bon, an avid insect lover.

Gabrielle Saint-Genis, chief executive officer of Guerlain, said the appointment of Le Bon was a natural.

“Guerlain is 200 years old, it’s the story of exceptional encounters [with] a lot of artists,” she said. “We’ve been really very interested in the fact that Charlotte is a complete and multidisciplinary artist, and this is not so common.”

Le Bon was born in Montreal. At 19, she left Canada to model overseas.

After spending brief periods in Tokyo and New York City, she eventually settled in Paris in 2010. She never enjoyed modelling, however, telling reporters “I was a model for eight years and really hated it.”

She then started doing ads for brands such as Si Lolita, Carte Noire and Garnier Fructis. Her film credits include The Stroller Strategy, The Marchers, Inside Out, Arctic Hear, Iris and Niki.
